The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, December 23 suggests Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will find out her birth mother is alive.
Also coming up, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will try to make a Rosales family dish. And Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will surprise Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) save Christmas for Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will arrive home to find Sharon is making Cuban Tamales for him. She’ll tell him she got the recipe from his mother and wants to continue his family traditions. Rey will tell her he is madly in love with her. When she puts the plate in front of him, she’ll leave the room. He’ll take a bite, make a face and wonder how he can spit it out. Then Sharon will sit down and try one and immediately spit it into her napkin. “These are awful,” she’ll say, laughing.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victor Newman Has A Surprise For Nikki Newman
At Crimson Lights, Nikki will once again ask Victor about the trip to London she wants to take. He’ll act as though he doesn’t want to go. An angry Nikki will get ready to leave, but Victor has a surprise in store. “We’ll go to London on Christmas night and Trafalgar Square on New Year’s Eve,” Victor will say, smiling. “I’ve already made the flight plans.”

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Phyllis, Summer and Kyle will head to the Abbott estate for a holiday get together. Kyle will tell his dad he wanted he wanted to put a piece of Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) Teardrop of Love from his tie clip into Summer’s infinity necklace, but she lost it. And predictably, Summer will tell Phyllis she wanted to put half of her infinity jewel into Kyle’s tie clip, but he told her he misplaced the stone.
Jack will pull Phyllis aside to discuss the conundrum his son is in and they’ll figure out Skyle were trying to surprise each other. “We have to fix this,” Phyllis will say. Will Phyllis and Jack save Christmas for Summer and Kyle and rescue them from this cheesy storyline in the process?
Young And The Restless Scoop – Amanda Sinclair Feels She’s Opened Pandora’s Box
Finally, Amanda will tell Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) her birth mother is Rose’s cousin, Naya (Ptosha Storey). “She’s still alive. We can go see her right now,” Amanda will say. She will wonder aloud why Rose only took in one baby.
But Amanda will feel like maybe she should never have hired an investigator and now she’s opened Pandora’s Box. What if her mother wants nothing to do with her? Despite her fears, Devon will encourage her to contact Naya. Will Amanda take his advice?
